Teresa Reilly joined Foulke Law Firm in 2012. Teresa is a highly proficient and experienced paralegal. Among other duties, she drafts and prepares pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for filing in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the staff at Foulke Law Firm, Teresa received an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Suffolk Community College. She also worked at the Long Island firm DeSena & Sweeney for approximately 3 years serving as a paralegal to the managing partner and two associate attorneys assisting the attorneys with all aspects of the litigation cycle from inception through trial.
Among other responsibilities, Teresa is responsible for managing case files, preparation of motions, legal briefs, pleadings, and other court papers; preparation of cases for trial; drafting subpoenas, discovery demands, and responses; affidavits; attorney affirmations, and certifications.
Teresa also runs the calendar and is responsible for managing office commitments, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court conferences.
In her spare time, Teresa enjoys cooking, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
